Scope: The Fenway Performance Arts Center was the project for the Comprehensive Studio for the Spring 2018 semester. The scope of this project is to design a performance arts center neighboring the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA. The program requirements included a black box theater with a capacity of 180 seats. large performance space with a capacity of 450 seats, classrooms, flexible spaces, cafe, gallery, as well as two lobbies, one for each performance space.
